Kathryn Dilley, LCSW-C, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc., Core Service Agency serving as a local authority of the Behavioral Health Administration, Maryland Department of Health, representing Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot counties. Mid Shore Behavioral Health is a 501(c)(3) located in Easton, Maryland, that is responsible for the planning, systems management, quality monitoring, capacity development, and oversight of the Publicly Funded Behavioral Health Systems in the mid-shore region.
Dilley serves on several advising bodies for the state of Maryland. Dilley is the Chair of the Maryland Behavioral Health Advisory Council, Co-Chair and appointed member of the Commission on Behavioral Health Care Treatment and Access, co-chair of the Behavioral Health Coalition of the Eastern Shore, and member of the Maryland Behavioral Health Coalition. In addition, Dilley serves on local mid-shore advising bodies. Dilley developed and has led the Bay Bridge Partnership since August of 2020.
Before joining the team of Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Dilley held leadership positions in behavioral health in the District of Columbia, Austin, Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana. Dilley has worked in acute care facilities, inpatient psychiatric settings, long term care, public school systems, and hospice care. Dilley has a passion for her career of service to the community and has special interests in the aging and maternal/newborn populations, crisis systems, and behavioral health programs and systems development.
Dilley is a native of Maryland and is a graduate of Tulane University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science in Social Work
