facility dedicated to forensic psychiatric care.

Leads Maryland’s premier forensic psychiatric facility, ensuring high-quality mental
health care for individuals in the justice system.
Member, Governor Moore’s Behavioral Health Treatment and Access Commission
Serves as Co-Chair of the Criminal Justice-Involved Behavioral Health Workgroup,
working to enhance access to mental health services for justice-involved individuals.
Executive Medical Director, Behavioral Health – Luminis Health
Provided executive oversight for behavioral health services across multiple medical
centers and community-based programs, directing strategic planning and resource
allocation.
Deputy Secretary, Maryland Department of Health’s Behavioral Health
Administration (2020–2022)
Oversaw Maryland’s Public Behavioral Health System, serving over 300,000 individuals
during the COVID-19 pandemic. Led advancements in crisis services, behavioral health
equity, peer recovery, and involuntary commitment processes.
