Lightning Talks: Criminal Justice Workgroup Overview, Medicaid, and Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT): Opportunities for Community-Based Innovations

This session will feature a series of lightning talks on critical topics, each providing a brief yet impactful overview of key areas in deflection, diversion, alternatives to incarceration, and behavioral health. Presentations will cover Medicaid, the findings and focus areas of the Criminal Justice-Involved Behavioral Health Commission Joint Workgroup, and the impact and implementation of Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT). Each talk will highlight challenges, opportunities, and innovative approaches, sparking discussion and further exploration of these interconnected issues.
